If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, refunds are issued within 7 business days, and no restocking fees apply.
To receive the return address, please contact our customer care team before shipping any items back.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as personal care, oral care, or toiletry items cannot be returned or exchanged.

No restocking or handling fees will ever be deducted.
Refunds can only be processed once the return is authorized and the item(s) are received at our warehouse according to the instructions we provide.
After inspection, you’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

We replace or reship items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
