To qualify for a return:

Return Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items — Free Return

If the product is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, your return will be completely free of charge.
This includes:

  • Wrong item received

  • Carrier damage

  • Product defect

Change of Mind — Customer Pays Return Shipping

If you decide you no longer want the item, choose the wrong product, or it doesn’t fit your needs, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping charges are not refundable.


How to Start a Return
